People open your site, but they do not call, book or send an enquiry.
You see the new homepage in 3 days and the full site in 7 to 10 days. Before we start, you know the price and what you get. Your old site stays live until you approve the new one.
The headline speaks to a child worried about a parent, not about the agency. Families recognise themselves instantly. The free consultation sits top right and right under the headline. Anyone ready doesn’t have to scroll.WhatsApp is always on screen. One tap to ask a question, no form.A list of real family situations. When someone thinks “that’s me”, they keep reading.Five numbered steps. The process looks simple, so the fear of the unknown goes away.Anyone not ready to talk gets a quick check instead. Nobody leaves without a next step.Articles answer what families search on Google. That’s how the site brings in new visitors on its own.
People open the site, cannot see what to do next and leave.
Someone finds you through a referral, an ad or Google. If they cannot quickly see whether to call, message, book or sign up, they close the page.
The biggest fear isn’t ugly design.
It’s paying and ending up with no site and no answers. Here’s what people write about other agencies:
“They refused to give me my website password and held my website hostage.”Public review of a web agency
“After multiple payments, I have received absolutely nothing.”Public review of a web agency
“Emails, texts, and calls have been ignored for weeks.”Public review of a web agency

A short chat
We talk about your business: what you sell, who your customers are and what they ask you most. After the call you know what the site includes, what it costs and when it’s ready.
- 3
Day 3: your new homepage
You see the homepage before we build the rest. If something’s off, we change it now, not at the end.
- 10
Day 7-10: live
The full site goes live, checked on phone and desktop. Your old site runs until then.
Better to see it.
Scroll right inside the screens. These are concepts for a school, a restaurant, a driving school and a fresh pasta shop, so you can see how we think before you send us your site.
Technical school
A student finds their course and how to enrol in seconds.
Tap the dots to see why we did what we did. Tap the book too, it flips.
Open the full site
The “Enrol” button sits top right on every page. No one has to hunt for how to apply. The headline answers what parents care about most: hands-on training, and free housing if their child comes from another town. The courses are a book you flip through. Students browse three trades instead of reading a long list. Tap the book to flip it.Numbers (57 rooms, 120 beds) reassure parents more than “we have a dorm”.Real students on placement, from the school’s Instagram. Kids trust kids, not brochures. No vague “contact us” at the end. One clear step: send a question about enrolling.
Restaurant
The restaurant only had Instagram. Here a guest books a table in two clicks.
Tap the dots to see why we did what we did.
Open the live site
“Book” is always top right. Guests never scroll to find how to get a table. The first thing guests read: what this is and where. An Italian restaurant in central Belgrade, no guessing.Bookings go through WhatsApp, because that’s how guests already message. No forms, no sign-up.The menu is one click from the top. It’s the first thing guests want to see before they come. The story of the dough and the oven builds appetite. Guests come for the experience, not just the food.At the bottom: address, opening hours and a map in one place. Everything a guest needs to head over.
Driving school
Before, a menu called “Main Menu”. Now a “Sign up” button on every screen.
Tap the dots to see why we did what we did.
Open the live site
The menu only has what students ask about: sign-up, lessons, exams, payment.“Pass your test, stress-free.” The headline speaks to every student’s fear, not the school’s name.35 years of experience sits to the side as proof. It doesn’t compete with the headline. The “Sign up” button right under the headline. The old site didn’t have one anywhere. The road from first lesson to exam, drawn out. Students see someone will guide them all the way. Before
Fresh pasta
Pasta that looks like it just came out of the kitchen. Order in one click.
Tap the dots to see why we did what we did.
Open the live site
Restaurants and hotels get their own entrance. Wholesale doesn’t mix with someone buying one portion.Parmesan grated over the plate. Food sells through the eyes, so the photo is almost tangible. The headline says what and when: fresh pasta, every morning. It’s instantly clear why this beats the supermarket. Two clear paths: visit the shop or order on Wolt. Customers choose, but never wander.
The site answers the questions customers keep asking.

Maria and Aleksa. Still here after launch.
We’ve been together for 13 years. We studied and worked in Vienna and Germany, and today we run our own businesses from Apatin. Everything we offer we first built and tested in our own work, so we know what it looks like when something really saves time.
What people usually ask
What if I don't like the design?
You see the homepage before anything else, so we change things right away. Two rounds of changes are included.
Will there be hidden costs?
No. You know the price before we start, and if you want something extra, you know that price upfront too.
Who looks after the site after launch?
We do. When you need to change a price, your opening hours or add a new offer, you send us a message and we handle it. We also keep an eye on whether everything works.
Why code and not WordPress?
No plugins to keep updating, fewer things that can break, and the code is yours to take anywhere.
Will I get more enquiries?
We don’t promise numbers we can’t prove. We build the site so visitors see right away why you and how to reach you, and analytics shows you what’s happening.
Who writes the text?
We help with what matters most: headlines, the offer and the buttons. We can write all the text as an extra.
What about Google?
The basic Google setup is included. After that, as part of upkeep, we regularly publish posts on your blog so Google finds you more easily.
What happens after 30 days?
We keep looking after the site, and we agree the terms on a call. The site is still yours, and you can take it anywhere, any time.
Will my old site stop working?
No. Your old site runs until the new one is ready and you’ve approved it.
Ask us anything
Could not find your answer? Send your question on WhatsApp or email hello@marlekstudio.com. Maria or Aleksa will reply.
Send your link. In 48 hours, you will know what to fix first.
Within 48 hours you get 3 concrete things we’d change, marked on a screenshot like the example. Use them even if you don’t work with us.
123- 1No sign-up button. The menu has everything except what a student is looking for.
- 2The headline is a notice. It never says why this school.
- 3The blog in the sidebar pulls attention away from signing up.
P.S. Send your link even if you’re not sure you need a new site. The three fixes are yours even if we don’t work together.
